At RankPost, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the product, experience unresolved technical issues preventing normal use, or were charged because of a billing error.

Refunds may apply when:

  • • The product does not meet expectations
  • • Technical issues block normal usage
  • • A billing mistake occurred

Refunds do not apply for:

  • • Change of mind or unused subscription time
  • • Requests made after 14 days
  • • Issues caused by incorrect setup or third-party platforms

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Billing Standard

RankPost provides a minimum 14-day refund window in line with standard digital product billing expectations and Paddle requirements.
